Eight-year-old Charlie Jackson, from Washington, D.C., has been awarded the Degree� Cool and Confident Kid Award and will receive a special skills clinic for his team hosted by Dax McCarty, team captain of D.C. United Thursday, May 5. The national program encouraged US Youth Soccer Players between the ages of eight through 12 to share their moments of success, and the many ways they inspire themselves and others to kick it into gear.
