Jets Respond to Shannon O'Toole, Christina Scavo Lawsuit

Shannon O'Toole and Christina Scavo filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the Jets and Brett Favre. The Jets have responded, calling the lawsuit "without merit."

"Unfortunately, the plaintiffs never reported the allegations to the Jets, either during or after the conclusion of their work," said Gary H. Glaser, counsel to the Jets. "The case against the Jets is completely without merit, and we look forward to defending the matter in court, where we are confident that the Jets will prevail."

O'Toole and Scavo allege that Favre made sexual advances toward the two and that their employment with the Jets was jeopardized because they turned him down. The allegations came shortly after Favre's saga with Jenn Sterger made news.
